FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

API610 BB5 SUPERCRITICAL CO2 PUMP

① Condition monitoring

Provision of mounting flat surface according to API610 as standard. Temperature, vibration, pressure and displacement instruments available.

② Sealing structure & material

All sealing structure and materials take CO2 character into consideration, easy liquefied with dense phase, low lubricity, low density, strong permeability and etc.

③ Balancing device

Balancing drum, balancing disc plate and back to back impeller arrangement available for clean or solids contained fluid.

④ Hydraulic parts

High hydraulic efficiency designed by CFD. Precision casting as standard for most model. Ceramic coating available.

⑤ Bearing

Standard: Oil-lubricated anti-friction bearings for stable and long lifetime running.

Option 1: Oil-lubricated sleeve bearings

Option 2: Forced oil-lubricated sliding bearing with thrust tile pad.

Option 3: Special designed non-forced oil lube bearing for BHP≤1400kW.
