The pump was implemented in a chemical plant's phosphoric acid extraction workshop. The specific task involved transferring semi-hydrated phosphoric acid slurry to extraction tank 19-2.


Medium Details

  • Chemical Composition: Mixed acid slurry containing: Phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄); Sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄); Fluosilicic acid (H₂SiF₆)

  • Abrasive Particles: Phosphogypsum suspended particles causing scouring wear.

  • Temperature: 90-100°C, creating high-temperature operating conditions.
